Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Global Baba is using major reputed logistic services to ensure you quickest delivery of your product via Multiple Courier Services. Generally, we deliver to almost any postal address around the India. Kindly Note that generally Courier companies do not deliver to only P.O. Box address, so please provide your full street address with pin code / zip code. Shipment to APO, FPO and DPO services (Defense force, Diplomatic post etc.) it may take longer than usual time due to nature of services & shipment will be done via postal services.
We want your shopping experience best each time you buy from us, but the following policies are mutually for both of us.
- In India, courier will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. In such case Global Baba/Kwality Eat is not responsible and not bound to give you refund.
- The courier company will make two delivery attempts failing which it will take applicable action. The shipping company may also send the parcel back to us (In India) or shipper’s local office, hence “customer needs to pay us/shipping company”, if they need the parcel re-shipped. The reason for such payment is, the shipment has to go through whole process again and it attracts charges for the new shipment. No cancellation of order or refund claims would be entertained in such cases. It may also charge a penalty for incorrect shipping address given by customer. All such charges will have to be borne by the customer. No refunds/returns would be issued in such cases.
- In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
- Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds. Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
- International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
- Once order is placed, you can change your address details within 12 hours as to enable fast delivery. In such cases we advise you to contact our customer support team as soon as possible at kwalityeat.com@gmail.com
Billing Address & Shipping Address
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
Shipping time
For each item at Global Baba, we mentioned time of shipment along with the item image. These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis. You are requested to Email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.
Once we receive the final measurements and payment, orders are dispatched within 7 days. There after it takes 5-7days more to reach you. Due to intricate work, some products may take longer to deliver. You can expect to receive your order within 12-15 business days of placing the order. However, some time it can take any longer than this but you cannot cancel your order on basis of this.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries with 5-day work culture. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days.
Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Transit Risk
At Global Baba we ship all parcels as Global Baba at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. But Global Baba will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency. It is solely responsibility for the item until it’s in buyer’s possession.
Tracking detail
As soon as we handed over your item to Courier Company, You will receive mail on your registered email address with tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
What!! If there will be delay in shipping?
Due to any reason, if there is any delay in shipping because an item is ‘Out of Stock’ or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. In some cases, we would offer you refund if we are unable to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time. We Global Baba reserve right to cancel your order at any time.
Sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in such case. However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it.
Global Baba reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies, or errors in pricing information and so on. A promo/discount/sale code once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Global Baba.
Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, Global Baba reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever after verifying the reason for such cancellation.
Return and Refund Policy
You need to inform us or initiate return/refund process within 2 days from date of receiving the product. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase/delivery of the product to you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. As our products are perishable in nature, we only support refund and return when there is any manufacturing defect
You can highlight the below reason for easy returns and refunds for:
- Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
Global Baba will verify the reason and may ask for proof. Only when satisfied, we will initiate the refund/exchange process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Some products may not be eligible for exchange but only refund. We will inform you accordingly.
